Luke is consistently holding both his and the team's work to an incredibly high bar which helps immensely in combating bad experiences for our users. The integrity behind his designs are second to none and when he does foresee a problem he is quick to reach out, talk through things, and make positive changes that really help others think in the same fashion. I applaud Luke's ability to not let these sorts of things go. At times it can be tough when folks are coming to him to create work that could be a big question mark but he tries his best to inform and adjust as much as possible. It shows how much he cares about not only the work and the users but ultimately the team.
