Brief
I was tasked with leading the creative for two large mediacom partners, Cox and Spectrum, after just two years at the company.
Our goal was to launch a partner pilot with Cox to increase overall conversion onsite. I worked alongside our data and marketing analytics teams to roadmap initiatives and create testing strategies. We created a number of systems that aided in the overall success of the pilot, boosting onsite click-through as well as cart completion rate.

Highlights
Our success was driven by:
- API-integrated hero system that allowed us to personalize the experience based on data signals from the user.
- White-label cart system that allowed us to vastly improve cart completion rate
- Better onsite plan comparison tools
- General quality of life improvements across site including design optimization, content refreshes, and more
